OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Marion County commissioners unanimously approved the final Planned Unit Development (PUD) master plan for Fawn Lake Estates, a 329-home subdivision on 110.14 acres in Silver Springs Shores, at their Tuesday, August 18, 2026, meeting.
The 5-0 vote completed a condition the board attached when it rezoned the site from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to PUD on January 20, 2026. Commissioner Kathy Bryant made the motion. Commissioner Craig Curry seconded it.
Tillman & Associates Engineering filed the final plan for owner Midway 65 LLC. Growth Services Deputy Director Kenneth Weyrauch’s staff said the master plan meets the terms of Resolution 26-R-22 and recommended approval with conditions.
