ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Food vendors at the 174th Allentown Fair have been challenged to create new menu items to compete for the title of 2026 Best New Fair Food.
Participating concessionaires are inviting fairgoers to step outside their comfort zones and try something new to their menu. Each novel creation will be competing to win, and the fairgoers will be choosing their champion by scanning the QR code displayed at participating food stands.
Fairgoers can also look for the red diamond-shaped signs displayed at participating food stands, inside Agri~Plex, at each admission gate, and at both InFAIRmation booths to find all the featured entries…
