EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 46-year-old man was arrested after allegedly stealing a phone and earphones at a hospital, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Jason James Bowers was charged with theft of property and booked into the El Paso County Jail with a $4,000 bond.
On Wednesday, Aug. 19, officers were dispatched to the 13600 block of Horizon Boulevard. They met with a patient who reported that his work-issued iPhone and AirPods were missing while he was at the hospital, according to HCPD.
Hospital surveillance footage was reviewed by officers and showed a male subject, later identified as Bowers, taking the phone and earphones from the hospital waiting area, HCPD said…
