CHURCH POINT, La. (NEWS 15) — A candidate running for Church Point police chief has a criminal history that includes multiple arrests over more than a decade, according to records reviewed by News 15 Investigates.

Terrence Garrick Jr. has faced several arrests since 2009, though none of the cases resulted in formal charges beyond the misdemeanor level, records showed.
