CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 15-year-old Cleveland boy will not return to Max S. Hayes High School after being beaten unconscious in a school stairwell, according to his mother, who has filed a police report and is seeking charges.
The freshman at the time, was left with a black and bloodshot eye after another student punched him repeatedly on April 21, according to the Cleveland Municipal School District incident report and the Cleveland police report obtained by 19 News. The reports say the attack was retaliation for “snitching.”
