Mother, grandmother identified as victims of fatal wrong-way crash in Fort Worth

The two women who died in a wrong-way crash on Texas 121 in Fort Worth early Aug. 18 have been identified as a mother and grandmother, according to family friends.

A GoFundMe has been established to cover funeral expenses for 32-year-old Tyler Triplett and her mother, Randi Holshouser. According to police, a Jeep traveling east in the westbound lanes collided head-on with the women’s vehicle. Both died at the scene.

The Jeep’s driver also died in the accident but has not yet been identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner…
