At Buenos Tiempos in Broomfield, loyal customers and newcomers alike can enjoy great service and food made from scratch at the family spot that recently celebrated 40 years in the city.
The restaurant is owned by Heather Hamilton, who said the Broomfield staple was opened by her father, Rich.
“He always enjoyed cooking Mexican food, and so when he got out of the service he wanted to open his own Mexican restaurant,” Hamilton said. “It started as a pool hall in Boulder, but a friend of his at the time said there was nothing (like the restaurant) in Broomfield at the time, so he should come out here.”…
