Billy Chemirmir, a Kenyan-born man who lived in North Texas, was convicted of killing two elderly women and was suspected of involvement in numerous other deaths between 2016 and 2018. He gained access to elderly victims under a variety of guises, including posing as a maintenance man, before smothering them and stealing jewels and other valuables, investigators said.
