READING, Pa. – A preliminary hearing was held Monday afternoon for a 16-year-old charged in the deadly shooting of another teen last month.
According to the police, 16-year-old Daniel Cruz Jr shot Felipe Rodriguez Jr. outside a Fourth of July gathering in the 1100 block of Windsor Street just before midnight.
Multiple eyewitnesses, including Cruz’s father, testified, with his father saying he told his son to go get his gun after a dispute over trash in the street outside the party…
