Hot Property: Layered Interiors Shine in This University Park Abode by MORE Design + Build

The mark of a truly well-designed home is when several design iterations can exist at once. At 3112 Greenbrier Drive, European-inspired architecture provides a polished foundation, but the interiors refuse to be confined to one particular style. Curved plaster, hand-finished surfaces, warm wooden details, patterned accents, and layers of natural materials come together in a home that feels collected rather than overly coordinated. The result is a space where refined architectural details meet a more relaxed, bohemian sensibility, proving that contrasting styles can coexist beautifully. (It was designed and built by MORE Design + Build, with interiors by Chad Dorsey Design, after all.)

Outside, a Spanish-inspired exterior is accented by a distinctive turret, giving the residence a certain charm amid its more traditional surroundings. Inside, a sculptural carved staircase creates a focal point in the entryway. Yet despite its scale, the use of plaster keeps it from feeling imposing. Here, even the grandest details have an organic quality to them.
