MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile city leaders are making changes to a proposed overhaul of the city’s animal ordinance after hearing concerns from neighbors and local pet businesses.
The proposal has drawn questions over how the city defines “high-risk” animals and how those rules could affect certain pets and their owners.
