After years of planning and several changes to the design, developers have cleared a hurdle in their effort to transform the former Easton Iron & Metal site into a major mixed-use development.
The Easton Zoning Hearing Board recently granted conditional final approval for several zoning requests needed for The Foundry, a two-phase project by VM Development proposed along Bushkill Drive. The approval follows conditional preliminary approval from the Easton Planning Commission.
