Seminole High School has started a $57 million upgrade. The project brings a new dining hall, electrical systems, and security cameras across the grounds. Work kicked off in March 2025 and should wrap up by July 2027.
The dated cafeteria? Gone. In its place stands an 11,146-square-foot dining hall with a kitchen, storage rooms, and a food pantry. Students started eating there when school opened this month. Outside, there’s a dining area meant to feel like college life, per Pinellas County Schools’ website.
