MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Action 8 News has confirmed that Red Lobster will be closing its longtime Montgomery location early next month.
A company spokesperson said the location on Atlanta Highway near Eastdale Mall will close on Sunday, September 6. It has been a fixture in that spot for decades.
The spokesperson said that the company continuously evaluates individual restaurant performance and lease terms and may, from time to time, choose to close select restaurants, saying “This closure reflected specific decisions tied to the unique operating conditions at this restaurant.”…
