AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man was charged with murder after police said he sold powdered fentanyl to an Amarillo man who later died of an overdose.
Garrett Daniel Keltner, 24, was arrested by Dallas police on Aug. 17 in connection with the Nov. 11, 2025, death of Mathes “Max” Tillinghast.
