PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Transportation is providing more details about the upcoming closure of southbound Interstate 5 in the Rose Quarter.
Southbound Interstate 5 will close at 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, for about five weeks for long-overdue preservation work and the first work to improve traffic flow as part of the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project.
