FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Flock surveillance cameras are established in Fresno, but some of the mystery surrounding their locations has been revealed after YourCentralValley.com uncovered messages from former Police Chief Paco Balderrama that give some clues about where the cameras were placed.
According to Fresno Police, the city has approximately 70 Flock Safety cameras set up across the city, in areas where car thefts and shootings are more likely to happen. The cameras are also referred to as Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) cameras.
