CHARLOTTE, Mich. (News 10) – An oil spill in Charlotte prompted the closure of a roadway.
Southbound S. Cochran Avenue between Shepherd Street and Fourth Street was closed around 12:45 p.m. due to oil in the roadway, according to Eaton County 911.
