A 13.77-acre horse farm in northwest Ocala was just sold for $1.3 million, marking the latest in a series of million-dollar equestrian property transactions across Marion County this year.
According to a warranty deed recorded on August 25, Canvas Ridge Farm Inc., which is based in St. Johns County, purchased the property at 7400 NW Highway 225A from the Barrows Residence Trust, the Johnson Trust Company, and the State of Ohio Trust for $1,300,000 on Thursday, August 20.
