EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Jeffrey Weisheit is set to be executed Nov. 5 in the deaths of two children 16 years ago.
The Indiana Supreme Court ruled appeals have been exhausted and there is no stay of execution.
Authorities say Weisheit set fire to his home with his girlfriend’s children inside in 2010.
