Dover, Tenn.– CASA of the Highland Rim/Stewart County has officially closed on the property at 1225 Spring Street, the future home of The Brigham Center for Children, Youth & Families.
Officers of Juvenile Court, town and county mayors, commissioners, community leaders, attorneys, Department of Childrens’ Services staff, law enforcement, friends, family, and others joined together at the event.
The Brigham Center will be a place for family stability and strengthening through parenting classes, counseling, supervised visitation, support for grandparents and relatives raising children, trauma recovery, temporary housing for children awaiting placement, connections to community resources, and so much more…
