SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A three-story building nearly 100 years old stands next to and behind new, sky scrapping buildings in Sarasota.
The Belle Haven Apartments were built in 1925 and designed by architect Dwight James Baum, who also designed the Ringling family’s Cà d’Zan, according to historian and author Jeff Lahurd.
