MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The family of Winter Jones, a nonverbal and autistic six-year-old, is seeking justice after they say she died after being left on a hot daycare bus.
The three women indicted in connection with Winter’s death appeared in court on Wednesday morning for their arraignments.

The bus driver Tametria Norry, assistant director Sabrina Powe, and daycare assistant Amilya Hardin are all charged with aggravated child neglect, criminally negligent homicide, and destruction of or tampering with governmental records.
All three women have entered a not guilty plea and are due back in court on October 30.
