EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Sheriff Oscar Ugarte, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and the County Parks and Recreation Department are teaming up to host a Community Night Out.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Ascarate Park, 6900 Delta Dr.
