ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The New York State Power Authority says it is still reviewing a proposal to place a small modular nuclear reactor at Eastman Business Park in Rochester.
RED-Rochester, which operates the park’s power plant, has told the state the site would be well suited for a nuclear facility.
