BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 53-year-old man is facing up to 20 years in prison after admitting to nine burglaries in Buffalo last year, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Dale E. Gabler, of no permanent address, pleaded guilty to nine counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree attempted burglary, one count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Gabler was arrested by police around 1 a.m. on the 800 block of Amherst Street on Sept. 15, 2025, after burglarizing a home and attempting to steal a vehicle when he was confronted by the homeowners…
