The Lake Township Board of Trustees met in regular session at 5 p.m. Sept. 28 at 12360 Market Ave. N., Hartville. Board members John Arnold and Jeremy Yoder were present along with Fiscal Officer Matt Erb. Trustee Sue Grabowski was absent.
The trustees approved a resolution authorizing all expenditures as of Sept. 28 in the amount of $119,965.52.
The trustees authorized the board and fiscal officer to execute several road opening permits involving underground replacement of coax, tapping a water main, a fiber-optic upgrade and a new fiber-optic overbuild or relocation of existing fiber. The trustees also approved a resolution authorizing the fiscal officer to release bonds for road opening permits for work performed at Geib Avenue, Lake Center Street, Mogadore Avenue and Legacy…
