INCIDENT: The Bossier City Police Department Property Crimes Division requests the assistance of the public. On or about January 21st 2024 an unidentified black male subject was captured on surveillance breaking into a victim’s vehicle at 711 Horseshoe Blvd. in Bossier City Louisiana. The unidentified black male subject in question was initially captured on surveillance at the incident location wearing a large khaki colored coat and blue jeans. The same unidentified black male subject left the area with the victim’s stolen property only to return a short time later wearing a dark colored hoodie and blue jeans.
