On June 10, 2026, at approximately 11:52 p.m., a Northfield Village police officer initiated a traffic stop on a green Jeep Wrangler after observing the vehicle run a red light at the intersection of Vincent Avenue and Northfield Road. Upon interacting with the female driver, the officer detected signs of physical impairment and a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle.
