(WJW) — A Flood Watch is in effect for Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne counties until 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 5.

Unfortunately, rain could dampen many people’s outdoor plans on Sunday. Scattered to numerous downpours and storms will develop across Northeast Ohio on Sunday. The coverage of rain will be the highest from 2PM – 6PM. Watch for quick areas of ponding or flooding as well las low visibility from heavy rain if you’re traveling.
Depending on the cloud coverage and rain, temperatures will climb into the 80s.
