A condominium on Hawks Nest Circle NW has been sold for $575,200, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The property in Jackson Township has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and backs onto a wooded area. It was the highest priced residential property to sell in western Stark County for the time period.
The property transfers cover June 27 to July 3.
