MASSILLON, Ohio (WOIO) – A Canton man accused of reckless homicide after his mother froze to death faced a judge on Monday morning.
On July 15, Paul Yeager, 64, was charged with reckless homicide and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person.
The charges stem from the death of his mother, Paula Blankenship, on Jan. 28.
