TOLEDO, Ohio — A Canton, Ohio man was arrested Saturday afternoon with the intention of raping three-, six-, and nine-year-old children in Toledo.
According to court documents, Stephen White, 31, arrived at an undisclosed location after speaking with an undercover officer around 12:45 p.m., believing he would be engaging in sexual relations with the purported children.
