SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Long Island-based ice cream brand is expanding into the Capital Region. Hildebrandt’s is bringing its ice cream to Saratoga County through a partnership with Eddie F’s.

“Hildebrandt’s is a place filled with tradition, nostalgia, and memories for so many families, and being able to bring a piece of that experience here to Saratoga truly means so much to us,” Eddie F’s wrote in a Facebook post.
Starting Belmont Stakes weekend, Hildebrandt’s Ice Cream will be available at Eddie F’s New England Seafood in Saratoga Springs and Eddie & Mario’s New England Seafood and Pizzeria in Clifton Park. Grab-and-go pints and specialty ice cream items will be available.

Hildebrandt’s was founded in Williston Park in 1927. In 2022, the Sarf family took over the restaurant, wanting to expand the brand’s ice cream across New York.
“Since then, we’ve expanded into 50+ supermarkets, become the Official Ice Cream of the New York Mets, and continued growing while staying true to the quality and tradition that built Hildebrandt’s,” said Hildebrandt’s in a Facebook post.

Hildebrandt’s ice cream flavors include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, chocolate chip, mint chip, cappuccino chip, butter pecan, maple walnut, banana, Oreo, vanilla fudge, coffee, cookie dough, and more. The Belmont Stakes Racing Festival takes place June 3 to June 7 at Saratoga Race Course…
