Schenectady math teacher charged for posing as student on TikTok

SCHENECTADY, N.Y (WNYT)- Police say a Schenectady teacher used a fake TikTok account to contact students and they released the username as they look for others who may have spoken with him.

Police were notified by the school May 13 that the teacher had posed as a student and privately communicated with students through social media. On Friday, police arrested 44-year-old Kenneth Ille of Schenectady at the school.
