Driver with 22 license suspensions released after speeding ticket

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (CBS6) — A Broadalbin man is facing a felony charge after a traffic stop in Clifton Park Tuesday morning.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said David W. Swartz, 41, was pulled over around 9:57 a.m. on Main Street, accused of speeding.

According to authorities, Swartz was driving while his license was suspended. Investigators said his driving record included 22 active suspensions, stemming from 18 separate suspensions issued on 10 different dates…
