TROY, NY — A 39-year-old woman was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge following reports of a dispute in a vehicle on Interstate 787 northbound.
State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol responded to the reports at about 10:58 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2026.
