SCHENECTADY — Two men face 15-year prison terms for carrying out a brutal, hourslong beating of a drug customer who ripped them off, according to the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office.
Kervin Samuels, 38, and 49-year-old Shannon White were sentenced earlier this week after a jury convicted them of felony attempted gang assault, unlawful imprisonment, and misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment in connection with the 2023 attack at a vacant home where drugs were being sold, prosecutors said.
