SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga County Supervisor Sarah Burger has pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired by alcohol to resolve a drunken driving case.
Her latest plea on Tuesday morning in City Court satisfied her Jan. 11 arrest on misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated.
In front of Judge Jeffrey Wait, Burger quietly said she was guilty of driving while ability impaired, a traffic infraction under state code.
