COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Smokey Bones, located at 1557 Central Avenue in Colonie, has permenently closed. An employee reached by phone at that location confirmed the closure to NEWS10, and said the employees all found out on Tuesday morning.

It looks like Colonie may not have been the only Smokey Bones restaurant to close. Every location on the Smokey Bones website is listed as closed for each day of the week under business hours. Online ordering and reservations are also not available for each location.
Smokey Bones is owned by FAT Brands, which acquired the chain in September 2023. Twin Hospitality Group operates Smokey Bones under FAT Brands.
