Clifton Park, NY (WRGB) — A disturbance call at a Clifton Park hotel early Tuesday led Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies to arrest a 40-year-old man wanted on a felony warrant out of Texas.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded at 12:24 a.m. Tuesday to the Red Roof Inn in Clifton Park. Investigators arrested Kevin Herron Jr. as a fugitive from justice.
Herron was found to have a fully extraditable felony warrant issued by the Waller County Sheriff’s Office in Texas for failing to comply with the terms of his sex offender registration in that state…
