MECHANICVILLE, N.Y. (WNYT)- A child was taken to the hospital after a serious e-bike accident that also led to the arrest of two teenage suspects.
Police say they arrived quickly and started life-saving measures right away on a 12-year-old that was seriously injured. A good Samaritan also helped before paramedics arrived and the child was taken to Albany Medical Center.
