ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Police are investigating a stabbing that injured a 17-year-old in Albany. The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. on Thursday.

The Albany Police Department responded to the 100 block of Lark Street near Spring Street for reports of an individual stabbed. Upon arrival, officers found the 17-year-old with a stab wound to his arm.
He was treated by the Albany Fire Department and emergency medical personnel before being sent to Albany Medical Center Hospital. His injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.

According to Albany PD, the stabbing incident did not happen on Lark Street. Authorities cannot confirm the location of the incident at this time.
