ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced Thursday that an Albany woman and her boyfriend have been charged for abusing her 10-year-old son.
Evita Torres, 43, and Joseph Crespo, 44, were arraigned Wednesday evening in front of the Honorable Andra Ackerman on an indictment that charges them both with Kidnapping in the Second Degree, Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
