CAPITAL REGION, NY (WRGB) — Traffic was stopped southbound on the Northway Sunday afternoon, after an individual climbed the southbound Twin Bridge.
At about 5:20 PM, state police responded to reports of an individual climbing up the southbound Twin Bridge of I-87 from the Albany County side of the bridge.
