ALBANY — A 13-year-old was behind the wheel of a car that rolled over several times before it crashed Sunday evening on Western Avenue, leaving several teenage passengers injured, police said.
A 14-year-old passenger suffered significant injuries when she was thrown from the vehicle, landing on the ground several feet from the wreck. Police said she was listed in stable condition at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
