Waterford man arrested for allegedly threatening victim after multiple disputes

MINERVA, N.Y. (WNYT) – A Waterford man was arrested after police say he sent threatening texts and made threatening phone calls to a victim.

On May 8, New York State Police responded to State Route 28 North in Minerva for reports of a domestic dispute. Police say Jeremy Prock, 44, and the victim had been involved in verbal disputes over the past week.

According to State Police, Prock had allegedly sent threatening text messages and made multiple calls to the victim on the date of the incident. Prock, who is on parole, was advised by his parole officer to turn himself in…
