After nearly three years away from television, Anne McCloy is returning to the airwaves in a new role.
McCloy is joining WTEN as co-anchor of the station’s new morning lifestyle program, “Upstate Living,” alongside Billy Floyd. Although an official launch date hasn’t been released, the hour-long show is expected to serve as a lead-in to “The View.” It marks a shift away from traditional hard news for McCloy, who spent roughly 15 years in television journalism.
“I was not expecting to get back into television, but when I learned about the concept of the show, I got really excited,” McCloy said. “The content is going to be everything that brings me joy.”…
