CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Paving and milling operations will begin on Riverview Road in Clifton Park on Monday and last through Friday. The road may be closed to through-traffic at times during construction, but detours will be available.

According to Town of Clifton Park Superintendent of Highways Dahn Bull, the portion of Riverview Road, from Grooms Road (Country Route 91) to Brian Drive, will be impacted by the work. The intersection of Droms Road and Riverview Road will also be impacted.
Milling operations will primarily occur on Tuesday and Wednesday, and paving will take place later in the week. All construction activities are weather dependent.

To manage traffic, flaggers will be on site to assist residents when milling and paving begins. Crews will work to keep the road open while operations occur. Once the asphalt has had a chance to cure, highway crews will work on road shoulders and grass reseeding if necessary…
