RIO RANCHO — The BLOCK has added another unique food option.
If people have been to Sawmill Market in Albuquerque, they will be familiar with XO Waffle, which serves craft authentic Belgium Liège waffles. Now, those who live closer to Rio Rancho can get their waffle locally as the restaurant opened in The BLOCK May 21.
Manager John Cipriani spoke about it at a family and friends opening May 20.
